Whether you need help for 5 hrs or 20 hrs a week, I can help you get your administrative work done.
Billed at $25.00 an hour (during normal business hours 7 am-5 pm CST Monday-Thursday 7 am- 12 pm Friday) in 30-minute increments. Billed every 2 weeks.
Minimum 1-month commitment, payable in advance. Billed the 1st of every month due by the 10th.
- A 1+ month commitment for 20 hours a month:$24.00/hour
- A 1+ month commitment for 40 hours a month:$23.00/hour
- A 1+ month commitment for 60+ hours a month:$20.00/hour
If you find that you have any unused time, it will be carried forward for one month. If you find that you need additional hours, the full hourly rate will apply, as retainer hours are discounted.
Your rate includes the time spent communicating via phone, email, Skype, instant messenger, etc., in addition to actual work time. So if you schedule me for a 1-hour conference call, I will charge you for that time.
Rush work (anything requested completed in less than 24 business hrs) will be billed at a 25% surcharge unless otherwise agreed upon. Work required outside of regular business hours ( 7 am-5 pm Mon-Thur 7 am – 12 pm Fri) will have a 25% surcharge unless otherwise agreed upon.
Holidays will be billed with a 40% surcharge.
Price of services does not include supplies, postage or printing costs.
Payment can be made through Square, or PayPal which will be accepted for payment, after the completion of one business cycle-2 weeks for hourly or 1 month for a retainer.
Payment due within 5 days of invoice.
I reserve the right to refuse completion or delivery of work until past due balances are paid. Monthly late charges of $10.00 or 1.75% (APR of 21%) whichever is greater, will be assessed on unpaid balances every 30 (thirty) days after due date.
I will respect and protect your privacy at all times. My clients expect the utmost protection and confidentiality in all practices and procedures used in the normal course of doing business and I adhere to this practice of confidentiality. We will both sign a contract and non-disclosure before any work is done
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
